Surrounded by majestic nature, KOTI is a quiet place that makes you feel no sense of time, which is strange. Even the most casual everyday activities, such as reading a book with a cup of coffee or cooking, become special memories.

Remote workers who want to work away from the office are also welcome!

Checking in and out

Check-in after 3:00 PM

Checkout before 10:00 AM

During your stay

Quiet hours 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

No pets

No parties or events

No commercial photography

No smoking

Additional rules

  • Smoke inside the house

  • Let your pet in, and there's a mess and smells.

  • Broke our fixtures

  • House is way too dirty

We provide a comfortable stay for all of our guests. We are trying very hard to keep the house clean. If we find out the cases below that we cannot accept, we will charge you through airbnb.

Cancellation policy

This will occur from 2 days before your stay. Please see below.

  • 2 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee,

  • 1 day before: 50% of the accommodation fee,

  • On the day & No Show: 100% of the accommodation fee.
